Facts about me

 My name is Alona Mylanych. I am a pianist, composer and an arranger, a teacher with more then 15 years of teaching experience.1. I grew up in a musical family surrounded by classical and folk music. My mother was a professional musician and guitar teacher who inspired me to play and study music.

I started playing the piano at the age of 6 and since then it has become my passion. After school, I decided to pursue a career in music and I began my study in Ukraine. I have three degrees, masters, bachelor, and specialist from Ukraine in Music Art, Ethics, Esthetics:Piano Teacher, Concertmaster, and Ensemble Performance.

During teaching, special Covid time😂, I find myself writing arrangements for my students, as they consistently motivate me to do more for them. My teaching method focuses on helping students quickly reach their goals and fostering a love for the piano through their favorite songs. Sharing compositions and creative music is one fantastic aspect of what I can offer through my music sheets. I am writing an arrangements (published 5 books for lovely students).

2021-2022 Growing every day as a professional, I’ve got an offer to perform in Dubai with DS2DIO where I’ve been successfully performing in the Hotels and events, teaching students.

She has tons of music experience and does a great job teaching music theory. My 5 year old Daughter and I have been taking piano lessons from Alona for over a month. She has been very encouraging, and has many ways of explaining the concepts and the practical lessons to capture my son's attention as well as keeping it interesting for me. Along with good music theory and basics, we are learning a variety of small songs, improvisations and games that my son and I could play together and that's helping us enjoy music, makes us feel like we are making progress and also connect with my son better. We feel very fortunate to find Alona as our teacher and highly recommend her.

Our 6.5 year old son loves to learn piano with Alona. She is a very professional piano teacher who has a special approach in teaching kids. Alona is very patient and encouraging. She is also open minded and flexible; she does not mind to consider suggestions that we have in terms of communication with our kid. As a plus she speaks English and can perfectly communicate with bi-lingual kids. As parents we are happy to have Alona as a teacher for our son.
