Rates as of September 2024

First trial lesson is free for Kids , after that my hourly rate is as follow:

  • 30 min Lesson $35
  • 4x once /week: $140

Recommended for very young children/beginners

  • 45 min lesson $50
  • 4x once /week: $200

Recommended for children Level 4

  • 60 min lesson $70
  • 4x once /week: $280

Recommended for adult students of all levels and children and teens Level 5 and above

Payment supposed to be before starting session every first day of month (some of month has 4 classes , some of them 5 classes)

2) For missed/cancelled lessons( noticed 24 hours before), not skipping week between sessions, or it can be charged as a class . I always flexible if need to reschedule classes but not cancelled or skipping

Study periods from September until December , from January until June. Vacation winter -2 weeks , summer-2 months.My students have 2 times performance per year (December and June )

Plan for every lesson:

-warm up, music sport, exercises and scales, arpeggio and chords, chromatic scales (5-10 min)- books as “ Piano adventures “ “Alfred books”, my methods book- Learning your favorite songs, making music sheets for your level -rhythm and music notes notations through games and dictations-Listen music and know music stories through biography composers – improvisation and playing duets-Composition and creative our songs

I have arranged three books for my wonderful students, providing them with the opportunity to play their favorite songs while learning the essence of piano music. I firmly believe that only through joy can one reach the pinnacle of their musical journey. I have been learning piano with Alona for the past 6 months. Alona is very patient with teaching techniques to learn new songs. She has tons of music experience and does a great job teaching music theory. Thanks to her I gained a lot of confidence even though I started playing piano for the first time as an adult in my late 30s. Thanks Alona!

My 5 year old Daughter and I have been taking piano lessons from Alona for over a month. She has been very encouraging, and has many ways of explaining the concepts and the practical lessons to capture my son's attention as well as keeping it interesting for me. Along with good music theory and basics, we are learning a variety of small songs, improvisations and games that my son and I could play together and that's helping us enjoy music, makes us feel like we are making progress and also connect with my son better. We feel very fortunate to find Alona as our teacher and highly recommend her.

Alona is welcoming all my questions regarding music theory and passionately replies. Alona is a strict teacher but she feels the balance not to discourage you. Our 6.5 year old son loves to learn piano with Alona. She is a very professional piano teacher who has a special approach in teaching kids. Alona is very patient and encouraging. She is also open minded and flexible; she does not mind to consider suggestions that we have in terms of communication with our kid. As a plus she speaks English and can perfectly communicate with bi-lingual kids. As parents we are happy to have Alona as a teacher for our son.
